He has worked for organizations like Tata Steel, Hindustan Petroleum, Yes Bank, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Coal India etc. He also helped in setting up of a private university in the state of Uttar Pradesh & considers his most satisfying work as working with & helping students/ learners.
Apart from a Doctorate degree he also holds LL.B., MBA from IIM Ahmedabad & B. Tech. from IIT Kharagpur. He has traveled in Africa, Latin America and widely in Europe.
